Simple order form for Joomla

I created a simple order form for Gradim.si website years ago. Website have been through many updates and major changes since then and so was the initial form. I created Joomla component version based on the initial code in 2008. Since then it has been used on over 200 websites around the globe.

Recently I've stumbled upon this great tutorial on how to make Slide down menu with jQuery and CSS3. I thought to myself that it would be great if we had something like that implemented in Joomla! So ... I look into it and developed a module that allows you to run this kind of a menu system under Joomla! 1.5.
